VA San Diego Healthcare System is pleased to announce its plan to open a Veteran Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP) in the Old Town community in 2012. “This program is poised to become a national center for excellence for assisting returning combat Veterans,” said program director Deborah Dominick.
