My HealtheVet Discontinues Advanced Level Account
On September 1, 2021, the My HealtheVet Advanced account level will be discontinued. If you have a My HealtheVet Advanced account, your account will revert to a Basic account, and you will no longer be able to refill or track your VA prescriptions online.
That means it is time to upgrade to a My HealtheVet Premium account! Upgrading to a Premium account is free and will enhance the privacy and security that protects your health information.
With a My HealtheVet Premium account, you can securely access your VA health information 24/7. Using your Premium account, you will be able to:
- Request VA prescription refills, ship and track VA medications to your home, and view your current VA prescriptions and prescription history.
- View, download and print health information, reports and images from your VA medical record.
- Send online secure messages to your VA care team to ask them nonurgent health questions and send updates on your condition.
- View, schedule, reschedule, and cancel your VA appointments.
