Pharmacists are available to answer your medication questions. If you have an assigned pharmacist, please call that provider, or call (858) 552-7450.
- To refill your medications please call the Automated Telephone Refill Line at (858) 552-4390. You should call the Automated Telephone Refill Line at least two weeks before you are out of medications.
- You may also refill your prescriptions by mail. Just mail in your refill slips at least two weeks before you're out of medications to:

If you lose your refill slip, or if you run out of medication, contact your pharmacist or call (858) 552-7450.
The Outpatient Pharmacy located at the medical center (La Jolla) is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
If you experience an undesirable effect from a medication, call your physician, pharmacist, or nurse immediately, or call (858) 552-7450 (8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday) or other times, call 24 hour Nurse Advice Line 1-877-252-4866.
