Mandatory Annual Training

For trainees who are in multi-year UCSD/VA programs:

• Log into the EES External On-line Learning (LIBRIX) Website: https://www.ees-learning.net
  Click on the "First Time Users" button to register.
  Once in the system:
  
  • Click on Available Courses on the left
  • Click on the "Explore" Tab in the upper right corner
  • Scroll down
  • Click on the "Security" folder
  • You will need to click on "Sign Me Up" for the two courses
    • General Employee Privacy Awareness
    • VA Cyber Security Awareness
  • Submit your Certificate of Completion for each course
• FY 2008 Mandatory Training for Housestaff (read on-line)
• If you haven’t already, please complete the Learners' Perception Survey
