VA San Diego Healthcare System is named one of San Diego’s Best Workplaces for 2006

VA San Diego Healthcare System was recently selected as one of the “2006 San Diego’s Best Places to Work” by the Employers Group and San Diego Magazine.  Employers were selected for this prestigious award after rigorous review of human resources practices, benefits, employee turnover, pay, community participation, etc. In addition, they surveyed 160 of our randomly selected employees on their opinions about the VA San Diego workplace.   “Our employees make the workplace and the culture.  This award recognizes the exceptional employees we have here at VA San Diego and their commitment to serve veterans,” said Gary Rossio, medical center director.

Free Valet Parking

For your convenience, we offer valet parking at the medical center in La Jolla and the Mission Valley Clinic for veterans, visitors and volunteers.  The service is free and the parking attendants do not accept tips.
