When you enroll, the Member Services staff will assist you with scheduling your first appointment.

If you cannot keep an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.  This will allow us to reschedule you sooner and offer your appointment to another veteran.

Changing Your Appointment

To change or cancel your appointment, please call the Primary Care Call Center at (858) 552-7475 or 1-800-331-8387, or call the phone number printed on the bottom of your appointment letter.
